SHIPPING REGIONS
We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Spain
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada

Shipping to other countries is not available at this time. We are actively expanding our logistics network, and updates will be posted on our website as new regions become available.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is 100% free for all orders to Spain, the United Kingdom, and Canada. No additional fees are charged for packaging, handling, or delivery.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, or local postal services, depending on the destination. The carrier is selected automatically based on:  

  • your delivery location
  • the fastest available route at that time
  • current carrier capacity

All carriers provide reliable delivery and full tracking.

PROCESSING TIME
Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed on business days are typically processed and prepared for shipment the following working day.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Spain, United Kingdom, and Canada:

  • Average shipping time: 6–8 business days
  • Estimated total delivery time: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please note that all orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment centers in China. 
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control. Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation, or a refund of the order.

Any customs duties or import-related charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Consumer and may affect the final delivery time.

HOLIDAYS & DELAYS
Orders are not processed or delivered on public holidays. If delays are expected due to peak periods or holidays, we will notify you directly on the relevant product page.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can check the status of your parcel at any time here.

If the tracking status shows that the shipment is in transit, under customs review, or delayed by the carrier, we kindly ask for your patience. We cannot file a lost-package claim or issue a refund while the package is still moving through the delivery network.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The Consumer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order. AVENOR is not liable for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Consumer.

If the carrier attempts delivery and the Consumer is not available, or if the package is not collected from a pickup point in time, the carrier may return the package to the sender. 
In such cases, reshipping costs or replacement fees may apply and are the responsibility of the Consumer.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the delivery is considered completed. AVENOR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

SHIPPING ISSUES
If you encounter any issues during shipping or delivery — such as a damaged item, incomplete delivery, or a missing shipment — please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

We will investigate the matter with the carrier. Please note that investigations by carriers may take up to 7–14 business days. A refund or replacement will only be issued if the carrier confirms that the shipment is lost or undeliverable.
