All payments are processed securely through our certified payment providers.
CURRENCY
All prices on our website are displayed in the local currency based on your location (e.g., EUR, GBP, or CAD). The final payment will be processed in the same currency shown at checkout.
For most international orders, no VAT (Value-Added Tax) is charged at checkout. However, import duties, VAT, or customs-related charges may be applied by your local authorities upon delivery. These costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
PAYMENT AT CHECKOUT
Orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.
We will not process or ship your order until full payment has been received.
If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be processed. You will be notified by email if this occurs.
After a successful payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation and invoice by email. If your payment is successful but you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us so we can verify the status of your order.
SECURE PAYMENTS
All transactions are protected by SSL encryption to safeguard your data. We never store your full payment details. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, is processed exclusively by our secure payment providers.
Our payment processing complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), an internationally recognized standard for the secure handling of payment card information.
REFUNDS
Refunds are typically initiated within 1–2 business days after we confirm the refund. Depending on the payment provider, it may take up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.
FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to cancel or temporarily hold orders if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse of payment methods.
Payment providers may occasionally place transactions on hold for security reviews. Orders will only be processed once the payment provider has fully approved the transaction.
If additional verification is required, we will contact you directly.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in a temporary hold on the customer’s account while we investigate the matter together with the payment provider.
